Hello! Registration is free. After registration you can make request to join to certain public project using this short manual:

• in the left top panel use "Search or go to" to select public project
• after project selection in the right top corner of the page you look at "..." menu and select "Request access". The notification will be sent to project maintainers or owners, who could approve or decline your request.
• before approvement project members could contact you by your email to clarify some details cooperation
